Toykick Refund & Returns Policy
Sometimes, the mission doesn't go according to plan. Maybe the package arrived looking like it went twelve rounds with the Hulk. Maybe you just had a sudden change of heart. Whatever the reason, here is your guide for sending loot back to Toykick HQ.

The "Golden Rule" (Read This First)
We sell blind-box experiences. This means the surprise is part of the product.
Once you break the seal on your items, the deal is sealed. We strictly cannot accept returns on items where the manufacturer’s packaging, plastic wrapping, or inner blind-box seal has been opened, ripped, or tampered with. If you open it to see which character you got, you own it. No exceptions. It’s like opening a pack of trading cards - you can’t put the genie back in the bottle.
"I Changed My Mind" (Sealed Items Only)
If your toy and merch boxes are still totally sealed and pristine, and you are suffering from buyer's remorse (it happens to the best of us), you have the right to cancel.

The Window: You have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to tell us you want to return them.

The Condition: The item must be unopened, unused, and in the exact condition it arrived in.

The Cost: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service. If it gets lost in the post on the way back to us, we can't refund you.
"Battle Damage" (Faulty or Broken Items)
If the toy arrives damaged, defective, or smashed to bits (and not in a cool "battle-worn" way), we will sort it. Toy packaging is not considered part of the item, so if the box is a bit creased or bent, we can't offer a refund for this - it's the toy inside that counts.

The Protocol: Take photos of the damage immediately. Do not throw away the packaging.

The Fix: Email us straight away. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, and we will cover the shipping costs to get the broken unit back if necessary.

Note: "I didn't get the character I wanted" is NOT considered a defect. That is the nature of the game.
How to Initiate a Return
Do not just ship a box to our office without warning. It will confuse the warehouse robots.

Send a Signal: Email our support team at [Insert Email] within 14 days of delivery.

Include Intel: Include your Order Number and (if damaged) photos of the issue.

Await Instructions: We will reply with the return address and a Return Authorisation code.
A Note on the "Luck of the Draw"
Just to be absolutely crystal clear: We do not offer refunds because you didn't get your favourite character. All of our listings show the variations of the items you could get in your box, so you will receive one of those items shown, but we cannot guarantee which one, and cannot take requests for specific characters. If the item is a blind box item, the nature of the product is that you might get the rare chase figure, or you might get the standard grunt - that's just the way the blind box gods operate!
