One Simple Price: Shipping is a single, flat rate of £3.99 for all orders to UK mainland addresses. No complicated maths, no surprises at checkout.

Fast Dispatch: We work hard to get your order on its way. All in-stock items are packed and shipped within 48 hours of your order (on business days).

Tracked & Secure: Peace of mind is built-in. Every order is sent using a tracked UK courier, so you can follow its journey from our warehouse right to your doorstep.

We want you and your family to be delighted with your Toykick box. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

How to Start a Return:

We will reply quickly with a returns authorisation number and our dedicated returns address.

Important Notes (Please Read):

Please wait for our instructions: To make sure your return is processed safely and quickly, please contact us before sending anything back. Our returns warehouse is in a separate location from our main office, and we cannot be held responsible for items sent to the wrong address.

All items must be unopened: For a return to be eligible, all items must be sent back in their original, sealed packaging, just as you received them.

A note on "Blind Boxes": Some of our items are "blind-boxed," which means the fun is in the surprise! Because of this, we cannot accept returns on any blind-box items that have been opened.
A Note on Your Box Contents

We want to make sure your box is packed with fun! Here’s a quick guide to what's inside:

Your Main Toy: The hero toy of the box is one of the Care Bears Plushes you see pictured - we pick this for you, so it's a fantastic surprise when you receive your box.

Other Goodies: You will always receive the types of items listed (like stickers, a keyring, etc.). However, their specific designs may vary from the photos, adding a little extra freshness to each box!

Blind Box Surprises: Any item marked as a "blind box" contains a random design. The mystery of which one you'll get is all part of the fun!
