How to Start a Return:

We will reply quickly with a returns authorisation number and our dedicated returns address.

Important Notes (Please Read):

Please wait for our instructions: To make sure your return is processed safely and quickly, please contact us before sending anything back. Our returns warehouse is in a separate location from our main office, and we cannot be held responsible for items sent to the wrong address.

All items must be unopened: For a return to be eligible, all items must be sent back in their original, sealed packaging, just as you received them.

A note on "Blind Boxes": Some of our items are "blind-boxed," which means the fun is in the surprise! Because of this, we cannot accept returns on any blind-box items that have been opened.

Your Main Toy: The hero toy of the box is one of the Care Bears Plushes you see pictured - we pick this for you, so it's a fantastic surprise when you receive your box.

Other Goodies: You will always receive the types of items listed (like stickers, a keyring, etc.). However, their specific designs may vary from the photos, adding a little extra freshness to each box!

Blind Box Surprises: Any item marked as a "blind box" contains a random design. The mystery of which one you'll get is all part of the fun!
